This is a very good question. In years past, I used to get several press releases a week from LGBTQ advocacy organizations asking for news coverage or offering interviews.

I would try hard to act on maybe 1/3 to 1/2 of them, which took a lot of work but was doable.

Now, I get several such press releases a day. It's overwhelming. It's exhausting. And I can't possibly act on even a third of them. There just aren't that many hours in a day.
