These are important observations, and I passed this study around to people as soon as I saw it the other day. If regret over medical transition were high, then we would expect to see young trans adults discontinuing medication. That the young adults in this study overwhelmingly continued medical transition after adolescence is convincing evidence that recent claims/predictions about transition regret are flawed.
