The times, they are a changing! I can’t imagine anyone coming out like that to a positive response a generation ago. And at school? Somebody would have called child welfare services to have you investigated. Even in progressive areas!

But don’t say you aren’t brave. It’s people like you who keep reinforcing awareness who make this openess possible.

It’s a big chain reaction that each of us is a little bit part of!
