The thing that really strikes me about this is that if you're so difficult to replace, then you've been doing a hell of a good job for a hell of a long time, while being wildly underappreciated and underpaid.

That doesn't help you solve your problem, but maybe it helps give perspective. You're a champion! You're so valuable people are afraid to even try to fill your shoes.
