The strongest reactions I get on social media to pieces like this are the negative ones. “How dare you defend cheating! You selfish selfish man!”

I’m sure you know the type. Response has been muted today, but then Twitter is broken. lol

I wonder, when I see responses that are so vociferous, if some people really are wired differently than I am or if they’re just so invested in culture that they can’t understand that alternatives exist that can be healthy and joyful.

I mean, I think of people find that monogamy adds values to their relationship, that’s fine for them. But I also think that sharing other modes of living is good. We should talk about it.

It interests me that so many people feel threatened by the conversation.
