The stripper in the photo that the press secretary tweeted out? When the Nazi meme first circulated 3 years ago, the context of the photo being set in a straight strip club was evident. And I mean (obviously) that's not a drag show going on in the photo.

To find the photo, the press secretary would have had to have found the source material. So she would have known for sure it wasn't a drag show, and certainly not the one in Dallas that she was trying to mislead people into believing it was.

As far as sexual orientation goes, language is really awkward here. Calling her cis is one thing, but even that's not for sure, as her sexual orientation isn't for sure. A better way of putting it is that she's a woman who was performing in a show targeted at straight men.
