The story made headlines in the Miami area, and it was covered there on the nightly news by three network affiliates, so I think parents are aware, at least if they want to be. In most of the coverage, the children's faces were blurred out, but not their clothing. And their voices are audible. I could have tried to using blurring software in this story, but my expertise editing video is pretty much nonexistent, as is my knowledge of privacy law regarding transmitting photos/videos of minors. So, I just went with standard-practice journalism ethics, which says no faces of minors without parental consent, and even then ... beware.
