The story confused me when I read it yesterday, because you would expect children who attend a school like this come from conservative Christian families where baptism is normal at quite young ages. In the Evangelical Christian world I'm familiar with, it's unusual to find a child who is not baptized by the age of 10.

And those are the kinds of kids who go to that school.

So who convinced a bunch of conservative Christian kids they needed to be baptized again? And why? It’s kind of weird.
