The so-called War on Drugs has never done anything but imprison people, destroy lives, and devastate communities.

With a 30 billion dollar prize at the end of the rainbow, people aren't going to stop trying. That's not even conceivable.

We can either start facing up to and doing something about our own demand problem by treating drug addiction as a health problem, or we can continue the devastation.

It looks like the latter is what we're set to do.
