The Republicans don’t even pretend not to be doing what they’re doing. They blatantly work to suppress Black votes in any possible way they can.

And they won’t stop just because Trump and his supporters are out of the way, if that ever happens.

The Republican Party is the party of white supremacy. They are committed to it wholeheartedly and utterly.

That doesn’t make the Democratic Party a bunch of saints, of course, but with strong smart women like Stacy Abrams leading the charge, the Democratic Party is primed to be a vehicle for positive change.
