The naked hatred and transphobia here is just ... it's awful. The way these Republican representatives are treating and talking about trans women is dehumanizing and and will certainly inspire violence across the nation.

Marjorie Taylor Green said the quiet part out loud, as she does. But every Representative who voted for this measure just taught Americans everywhere that despising trans women is not just appropriate but commendable.

JFC, they won the damn election already! This isn't grandstanding for votes. It's who they really are!
