The incontinence bugaboo is so tired. It’s been a regular part of homophobic attacks for a very long time. Yet men who regularly practice receptive anal sex are not significantly more likely than other men to develop bowel control problems as they age. I mean, it’s not as if you find crowds of older gay men haunting adult diaper aisles at Walmart.

I don’t know why it should be any different for women.

It’s a shame so many people have to be sexually judgmental. I wonder if that’s a particularly American trait that has something to do with the way we’re brought up.
