The idea that just a few corrupt police are causing problems in the United States is absurd.

Police culture here is fundamentally broken.

Huge numbers of police officers are brutal white supremacists who enjoy committing violence. They became cops because they enjoy brutality and they stay cops because they enjoy brutality.

And of course when I say enjoy brutality, I mean specifically brutality against people of color.

I’m a white man, and I have known many cops throughout my life. Most of them have been terrible people — brutal, racist bullies.

People will probably scream about that, but we white people who are honest with ourselves know it’s true.

Nothing is going to get fixed until we do something about the sick police culture in the United States.
