The federal government sent military doctors and nurses to two hospitals in my area just recently, because healthcare systems here are overwhelmed.

The weird thing is, you don't read about it (really) in the newspapers. You don't hear about it on TV. Hospitalization and death rates are up substantially, and nobody's talking about it.
