The fact that a woman of wealth and privilege is almost certain to be the key to denying family planning and abortion to women without her financial advantage, especially to women of color, is both shocking and terribly sad.

This is a perfect example of the why Supreme Court must be structured to preserve fundamental human rights for marginalized minorities.

No woman and no member of any other marginalized group must ever be subject to the whims of the political process in order to enjoy fundamental liberty.
