The Cass Review doesn't make coherent sense without transphobia. Without seeing "transness" as something undesirable and to be avoided where possible, Cass could not have written the review the way she did.

The fact that Cass is recommending drugs with severe known side effects in adolescents is just one way to help communicate the severe transphobia that permeates her work.
