You know, the International HIV conference being held in Amsterdam this week is highlighting amazing progress in the fight to eliminate new infections. Treatment as prevention for HIV positive people and medical prophylaxis for negative people at risk have proven to be practically 100% effective, exceeding the hopes of the scientists who worked so hard to develop the drugs.

Prince Harry is at the conference, as are many other national representatives, urging the full implementation of measures to end the epidemic now.

But what is the United States doing?
