Sure, the justices extendended a ridiculous amount of blind credence to the coach's claim the prayer was private and voluntary, which it clearly was not. But at least he claimed it was. This case is different. The employer holds that the prayer is mandatory, making that explicit claim in his own words. It's hard to see the justices finding a way to twist that. But who knows, you could be right.
