Yet when I was writing the first draft of “Moon over Berlin,” I SWEAR that sometimes my fingers were acting faster than my brain. Scenes I plotted out in advance changed without my deciding to change them. My characters spoke in dialogue that I barely recognized. I laughed and cried about events I swear took me by surprise.
Such is the way of the muse!
Now if only rewriting and polishing weren’t such drudgery. ;-)
