Sometimes I think l properly keeping up a New York City apartment is similar to properly organizing and cleaning a boat.

Space is at a minimum, so everything has to be arranged just so and put in just its proper place — unless you want to trip over things all the time and have them go flying when you get a wave. Oh wait! That second part only applies to boats. 🤣 (Though with global warming and sea levels rising …)
