I never hit curious, actually, because I don’t have any style on Instagram. I post extremely amateur photos of birds, wildlife, and my dog and cat.

Instagram is the only social media account I have that is purely social. I use it only to share photos with actual friends.

So when these folks contacted me, I knew it had to be some kind of scam. Thanks for doing all the work to figure out what was going on!
