Sigh. You know, the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation is responsible for tremendous progress saving lives in Africa by treating people with HIV so they don’t get AIDS.

Not only that, the Foundation is looking for ways to make that kind of treatment self-perpetuating and affordable.

I’m no fan of Microsoft, though I don’t villainize them either.

But I am a fan of Bill Gates. How many industrialists have quit their jobs and devoted almost their entire personal fortunes to helping suffering people?

Not too damn many.

It’s really sad that conspiracy theorists go out of their way like this.
