Sadly, Trump and key members of his cabinet have been known to frequent “Bible studies” in which a well known “Christian Nationalist” pastor named Ralph Drollinger advances Biblical rationale for locking up and deporting migrants — for not defining them as the Samaritans that Jesus spoke of his his parable.

Most people can find Biblical justification for almost anything, if they really set their mind to it.
