Reminds me of the time a few years back when a group of neo-Nazis showed up in Detroit to protest our LGBT Pride parade.

They had to organize their little selves on a Russian social media service, because nobody else wanted anything to do with their racist asses.

When they showed up, they were a small handful despite promising to bring an army with them. The people of Detroit were, shall we say, less than amused by Nazi uniforms and racist, anti-semitic, homophobic placards.

The Nazis marched down Warren Avenue for a few blocks when it was still lined with Pride spectators, and let me tell you the phalanx of Black Detroit police officers trying to keep the crowd from tearing them to pieces was a sight to behold.

I had a lot of respect for those cops that day, doing their jobs with dignity and letting the whole world see how pathetic those racists really were.
