Regarding the image, Eric Griggs, I was desperate. lol. Call me a rebel. I spent almost four hours writing the piece and couldn’t find any suitable image from pexels, etc. I just wanted to go to sleep, so I swallowed hard and used it. Don’t tell, please. ;-)
Most supermarkets in the US carry Cafe Bustelo or similar brands in their “ethnic food” aisles. Puerto Rican coffee is usually drip brewed or perked like in the US, only with a more finely powdered, almost espresso-dark coffee.
