Yes, we need to talk about sex. We need to demystify it and even celebrate it as appropriate. Kids need to know what’s going on, so that what happened to you doesn’t happen to them.

But especially, they need to learn in such a way that sex isn’t presented as dirty and shameful. There’s a balance to strike, and it isn’t easy.
