Reading Moon over Berlin? Ian’s up to something mysterious at Snoopy’s Bar on Red Baron St. Only it looks like he’s in way over his head!
For a little back story trivia, by the way, The Berlin Airlift memorial in the header illustration is only half the monument. The others half is a mirror image hundreds of miles away in what used to be West Germany. In German, the Airlift was called Luftbrucke, for “air bridge.” The monument is supposed to resemble two supporting ends of a suspension bridge.
During the almost 6 years I spent in Berlin, dozens of adults who were children during the Airlift told me stories about the Airlift and about the joy the “Candy Bomber” brought them.
