Quite agreed. And you know that 30% figure for Americans who are not Christians is actually quite a bit bigger depending on how you look at it. Many of the 70% of American Christians are Christian in identity but not in practice. Also, if you look at younger generations, the percentage of self-identified Christians actually plummets.

Which is something some Christians might consider thinking about, to ask themselves what it is causing people to abandon the Christian identity.
