Possibly! Although in my long life of scholarship and debauchery, I’m not sure I’ve ever encountered gay men crudely describing gay sex to straight people. I’m not saying it never happens, of course, just that in my experience, gay men aren’t likely to engage in crude talk unless they know the people they’re talking to are also gay.
