Perhaps medical professionals should be judged that way too? While reading your article just now, it occurred to me that the medical professionals cooperating in Florida scheme maybe vulnerable to attempts to go after their licenses.

They're behaving in medically unethical ways violating standards of care required by their licensing boards.

I'd love to see some of those doctors and nurses attacked and to lose their licenses. Just because their employer is the state of Florida doesn't mean they have an ethical pass.

They should be upheld to the same ethical standards as every other medical professional in Florida.

And if they don't abide by those standards? Well, perhaps they should lose their medical credentials.
