Part of me thinks that something has to happen now. This whole Trump/Russia/racism/nationalism thing had to wake people up, and once it’s over in 2020 (please!) that fundamental change will take place.

I mean, a national sense if revulsion will kick in, and horrified by how close we came to the Beast, that we’ll work extra hard to do better.

But will we?

So hard to know or predict.
