Our raison d’etre is personal storytelling, amplifying the lives and truths of queer people. But we publish all sorts of things on the LGBTQ experience, including art reviews/literary criticism, political analysis, and discussions of hot topics in LGBTQ activism and advocacy. We also occasionally publish stories like yours that deal with practical matters at work/school/community.

We do not consider publication of any article that flirts with “gender critical" ideas or endorses trans exclusion. Our editorial position is 100% trans supporting, and one of our editors is trans and will in fact be writing our weekly newsletter this week.
