Organized groups of LGBTQ people have been reporting this video on all platforms for several days now. They've clearly made a decision to leave the video up, despite how clearly it violates rules against hate speech and incitement to violence. If there was any gray area in here, I guess I could understand it a little bit. But it's so clear, that the only explanation is that the platforms have decided their policies do not mean what they look like they mean. What's your frightening about that is that if this is okay, then pretty much anything is acceptable. We LGBTQ people are now fair game. We might as well just start wearing targets on our backs.
