Only a couple years ago, a Medium engineer worked closely with me to resolve clapping problems on mobile. We had a very productive exchange over several days and I was able to help a little. It was a really positive experience. But this time, my direct questions just went unanswered. Nobody engaged with me beyond proforma courtesies devoid of actionable information. To echo the sentiment above, I thought Medium was better than that.
