Oh, please. One person told me directly that Dahmer had to be gay because he liked having sex with dead boys and men. Anybody who would say something obnoxious and revolting like that is a disgusting homophobic pig. Like I told her, we gay men are used to that kind of disgusting insult. But that doesn't mean we like it, or that the insult is in any way valid or truthful.

The men who tortured Matthew Shepard picked him up and drove him to his death while leading him to believe they wanted to have sex with him. Are they gay too because they killed Matthew for being gay?

Of course not.

In Manchester England this Pride season, there was a rash of young men who beat up gay men after luring them from gay bars. Are they gay too?

Of course not.

Anybody who says Dahmer was gay because he targeted men and boys needs to stuff their homophobia back in their mouth and shut the hell up.
