Oh my gosh, I have a bunch of those and I was just wondering yesterday what they were! Thanks!

My tulips are up now too, not that I have many, but they're so lovely, a sort of firey pink color that borders on red. A very special color.

My maple trees are almost fully leaved now, but not so much that I can't still see the birds in the branches. Such a lovely time of the year!

Speaking of birds, I had my first Baltimore oriole visit my jelly feeders yesterday. I've had absolute flocks of goldfinches eating sunflower seeds, though I think in the last couple days they've broken up their flocking behavior to start pairing up.

And today, I'm setting up my hummingbird feeders. My tabby Elsa is as delighted as I am, because watching birds entertains her endlessly.

I'm very happy to see your garden reports and your fabulous photos. So gorgeous!
