Oh my goodness, I have not had a genuine Louisiana crawfish boil in a cow’s age. Just one of the best things ever. Have you ever had an authentic Baltimore blue crab feast where spicy crabs are dumped on newspaper and you crack them with a wooden mallet?
In my mind, that’s right up there with a crawfish boil, though if I had to choose between the two I’d probably go with the crawfish. Maybe because you don’t need the mallet! LOL
