In that respect I guess the novel Front Runner does better in cultural memory because reviewers of queer literature usually mention it as a pioneer. It’s a good book. I remember rereading it a few years ago and thinking it held up pretty well.

Collecting all these forgotten treasures together is an excellent idea, and a valuable project.
