I’m not a TP fan either (for no other reason than lack of time) but as a one-time fantasy genre buff, I have dipped into his work.

From the little bit I’ve read (maybe three or four books?), he feels like the last person who would have been inclined to hate on transgender people. His stories are full of wonder, love, and a dizzying celebration of difference.

Why do people do this?
