Oh my God. What a horrifying invasion of privacy. I certainly hope nothing like this ever happens in mainstream Big Tech. This is one of the reasons why allowing access to contact lists is something that should never happen by default. It’s an unethical invasion of privacy that is just stunning in its level of evil. To think that Opera would allow something like makes me lose faith even in them.
Why must tech companies be so evil so often? What do we have to do to stop them invading our privacy? What do we have to do to get them to understand they have no right to do horrible things like this?
Oh, and everyone at Opera? You just lost my good faith. I now categorize you right up there with Google as a privacy invader. Shame on you for being so awful.
