Oh, I don’t want to sound tooooooo negative. Partly, I was just trying to be jocular with Yael, whom I consider a friend. It’s true that younger gay men are often cruel to older gay men. But, you know, I get out, lol. I have tons of interesting, kind, smart gay friends — some of them in their 20s. But … aging isn’t easy, and we gay men can struggle a lot.
