Of all the things I miss about living in Manhattan, why am I triggering on bacon, egg, and cheese on a roll? 🤣

I don't know what it is, probably part the roll itself, and part the preparation of the dish, but I've never had one quite as wonderful outside The City (as New Yorkers tend to call their metropolis).
