Now is when I have to admit that I’m a big enough geek that I actually occasionally watch fishing videos on YouTube. I’m noticing that carp fishing is beginning to become popular among avid fishermen in the US. I even watched one the other day where a guy demonstrated how to properly fillet a carp to get rid of the small bones people complain about.

He also went over cooking techniques, but I’m afraid he’s got the same American tastes I see up here in Michigan. Bread and deep fry that sucker til you can’t taste it!
