New York is a sort of “purple state,” much like Michigan where I live. Cities tend to be liberal and very “Left Coasty” but rural areas are a different experience. Tully is, like much of small-town, upstate New York, fairly conservative. The good news is that Tully is rallying behind Tyler. He’s getting tons of support.
