My thoughts exactly! By the way, the mother has filed suit against Cinemark, in state courts citing New Jersey law. I learned yesterday that Cinemark is disputing the facts of the case. I don't really know what that means. I didn't say so explicitly in the story, but many of my quotes came from cell phone footage that the mother has posted. So I guess I'm not exactly clear on what facts might be in dispute.
