My little 4 lb Elsa loves drinking from running taps but is deeply suspicious of the rain. Oh, the accusing glares she'll throw me when I don't make the weather nicer for her. Sadly for me, she's one of those cats not genetically disposed to caring about catnip. When I first took her in, I got her some and set it down expectedly. She sniffed, shrugged, and walked away.

No fun for me, but it doesn't seem to bother her. LOL
