My late partner was Lenny Poltrack, a tall, beefy blond, sort of stereotypical old-school Alphabet City. Polish Jewish, but also sometimes quite flamboyant and campy. People who met him rarely forgot him :-)

He was nobody, really, except a great friend to many, and a wonderful lover to me. The only thing that stood out about him in those years is that he sometimes hung out with Cassandra Peterson, before she became super well known as Elvira.
