Maybe, but I doubt it. Senior management seem driven by profit more than ideology. Removing anti-LGBTQ comments to content on Arabic-speaking Facebook, for example, would be bad for business in that it could alienate many customers and potential customers. Same with forbidding Christians from religiously condemning LGBTQ people. Even though a plain-text reading of Facebook’s community standards makes it seem like bashing queer people is forbidden on the platform, Facebook staff don’t enforce it that way, because doing so would reduce revenue.
Obviously, this is immoral, and Facebook management are complicit with evil, but in the US business ethos most of them were educated in, profit supersedes morality,
