Madonna is revered as an icon - an artist of enormous talent and influence - in LGBTQ and feminist circles. I'm astonished anyone would casually hold her up as untalented -- when her fiercest critics have always been sexist, homophobic pigs -- like bishops in the Catholic Church.

Madonna is the epitome of talent. She's a stunningly gifted artist who used her talent as a force for good and positive change.

To see you dismiss her because of her "booty shaking," essentially slut shaming her, filled me with anger. And to see you dismiss her as not having talent? You are, again, dead wrong. Dead wrong.
