Love the name! I’ve planted my garden for the year, and I’ve restored some order to the property after a long winter. I like the lush green and colorful cultivated flowers. Soon I’ll have tomatoes and zucchini.

But the empty lot next door, full of weeds and wildflowers, is really more my thing.

If I had my druthers sometimes, I wouldn’t mow the lawn or trim and edge the way I do. I’d let nature explode around me and take over. I’d let the rabbits and foxes and voles live among my very own weeds and wildflowers.
